REFUND POLICY

Dental Guard Labs stands behind our night guards and provides a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on the fit of your guard. We'll work with you to customize your guard to your preferences.

Each request for a new guard, material exchange, guard modification, and/or extra impression kit will be independently examined by Dental Guard Labs, with the appropriate solution selected at discretion Dental Guard Labs.

For whatever reason, Dental Guard Labs maintains the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Please be aware that Dental Guard Labs does not sell to or support orders from outside of the United States. We also don't support purchases made through third-party websites or dealers like eBay. Our goods and/or service do not have any approved re-sellers. All purchases must be done through Dental Guard Labs.

1. About REFUND POLICY

All completed night guards are covered by a 30-day return policy, which begins on the day the guard is delivered. If you are not totally pleased with the fit of your night guard for any reason, you may request a full refund, excluding the cost of shipping and the impression kit. Refunds will be issued upon us receiving your night guard.

Dental Guard Labs retains the right to charge either or both upon delivery of the original guard for issues occuring after 30 days after receipt of the original night guard: 1. A $15 impression kit cost plus shipping and handling if a new impression is required for a remake. 2. The cost of a remake must not surpass the cost of the original purchase.

Dental Guard Labs is not responsible for any shipping delays or items damaged during shipping.

Any guard that has been examined and found to be damaged as a result of misuse or malicious intent will not be reimbursed.

If dental work was done after the guard's manufacture date, Dental Guard Labs is not liable for a guard that no longer fits. We are unable to issue a refund for the guard since we cannot predict future dental procedures.

2. About REPLACEMENT POLICY

Dental Guard Labs maintains the right to propose the following as a remedy for night guard fractures or cracks after 30 days after receiving your finished guard:

1. Make a free remake of your guard with a suitable alternative*. If contacted during the warranty term, Dental Guard Labs will provide one (1) replacement guard of equal value.

a. Hard and dual layer guards have a one-year guarantee.

b. Soft guards, daytime guards/essix retainers come with a 6-month guarantee (1mm)

As a free service, Dental Guard Labs saves all consumer impressions for 9 months. If you need a new guard outside of the 9-month period and we don't have your imprint, you'll have to pay a $15 impression kit cost.

Please email us directly with your purchase number and a photo of the guard to request a new guard. Prior to remake authorisation, the original guard(s) must be returned to Dental Guard Labs for review, and the client is responsible for return postage. To assure delivery, it is suggested that you select a shipping provider with a tracking number. Any returned guards that are lost in the mail are not the responsibility of Dental Guard Labs.

Damage caused by reasons other than regular bruxism (including but not limited to damage caused by dogs, sunshine, hot water, and/or cleaning chemicals) is not covered by the replacement policy.

3. About EXCHANGE

Dental Guard Labs does not permit exchanges once a guard has been constructed due to the unique nature of each guard. Please carefully consider the guard alternatives and determine the best choice for your bruxism requirements.

Exchanges of upper and lower guards are not permitted.

If Dental Guard Labs staff determines that a new guard is required due to a fit issue, the replacement guard will be created from the same material unless Dental Guard Labs approves a material change.

4. About ADJUSTMENTS

Dental Guard Laboratories' commitment to customer satisfaction includes the payment of all expenses involved with guard changes, including shipping and handling. The proper change is established when Dental Guard Labs' quality control staff thoroughly reviews each guard. Dental Guard Labs will also provide a new impression kit if necessary. Dental Guard Labs has the right to supply impression kits at its sole discretion. Customers will be expected to bear the cost of an impression kit and any related adjustment/labor fee for problems that do not have an approved replacement impression kit.

5. About CANCELLATIONS

If a client cancels an order after an impression kit has been received, the customer will get a full refund minus up to $25 per night guard order to cover the cost of the impression kit and delivery expenses, regardless of whether the impression kit was utilized or not.
